Version of October 10, 2026
We collect only what is needed for an exchange and try not to keep anything longer than necessary. Here is which data we process, why and for how long.
Contents
1. In short
- There is no account and no password.
- Without your consent we do not use cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. The Meta advertising pixel is switched on only after you press “Accept”.
- Payout details and e-mail are stored encrypted and are deleted automatically within the terms below.
- E-mails about your order: link, status, payout. If you do not complete an exchange, we may remind you once or twice and offer a bonus; you can refuse offers with a checkbox in the form or in one click from any e-mail.
2. Which data we process
- Order data: direction, amounts, rate, time, status, the address and tag for payment, the hash of your transfer.
- Payout details: phone number and bank, card number, IBAN or wallet address, recipient name — depending on the payout method.
- E-mail: needed to send the link to the order and e-mails about its status. Unless you tick the refusal box in the form, we also keep the address (encrypted) to send you exchange offers from time to time.
- Cash desk request: the city, your e-mail and, if you gave them, your phone and messenger username, to keep in touch about the request.
- Review: name, rating and text — only if you decided to write one yourself.
- Chat: your messages, the answers of the assistant and operators, the page you wrote from, and the order number if the chat was opened from its page.
- Technical data: IP address, country, browser and time of the request. They are needed to show the site in your language, to close access for certain countries and to protect the service from abuse.
To limit the number of orders we use only a one-way hash of the IP address with a salt that changes every day and is deleted together with the hashes. The IP address itself is not stored in the orders database.
3. Why we do it
- To carry out your order and make the payout.
- To tell you the status of your order.
- To protect the service and customers from fraud, automated orders and other abuse.
- To comply with the law and check suspicious operations (AML Policy).
- To keep records and resolve disputes.
4. Cookies and data in the browser
The site itself does not use cookies (the Meta pixel, if you accepted it, sets its own). If you choose a colour theme, the choice is saved in the browser itself; it is not sent to our servers.
If you write in the chat, the site sets one technical cookie: it holds only a random number by which we recognise your conversation at your next message. Cloudflare Turnstile loads before your first chat message.
On pages with forms (creating an order and a cash desk request) the Cloudflare Turnstile script is loaded, which tells a human from a robot. It works on Cloudflare’s side and may process technical data of your browser. If you press “Accept” in the advertising banner, the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram) is also loaded: it receives technical browser data, the address of the visited page and the facts “exchange button pressed” and “order created” (with an amount in US dollars and the name of the direction). Wallet addresses, e-mail, phone and order numbers are not sent to it. Without your consent the pixel is not loaded; you can change the choice by clearing the site data in your browser. The pixel does not run on order pages or in the admin area.
5. Who we share data with
- Cloudflare: the site, the database, protection against attacks and e-mail sending run on its infrastructure. Cloudflare may keep technical request logs; we use them only for the operation and security of the service.
- Chat: an AI-based assistant answers first. Your messages are processed by a language model running on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers AI); the assistant makes no decisions about your order, and an operator continues the conversation when needed.
- Banks and payment systems: to pay you the money, the payout details inevitably reach the bank or payment system.
- Authorized bodies: when the law or a lawful request requires it.
We do not sell data and do not pass it to advertisers. Rate sources receive only market queries, not your data. Data may be processed on servers in different countries.
6. E-mails
E-mails about your order: the link to it, payment received, payout, check, cancellation. They do not contain your payout details. In addition, unless you ticked “Do not send me offers”, we may send you e-mails inviting you to exchange with a bonus: after an order you did not complete, no more than two e-mails, and later occasionally about favourable terms. Every such e-mail has an “Unsubscribe” link that works at once. If you unsubscribe we send no more offers and erase the address (only a one-way fingerprint remains, so that we do not write to you again).
7. How we protect data
Payout details and e-mail are stored encrypted, and the encryption keys are not kept in the database. The connection to the site is encrypted. Only the operator who makes the payout sees the details, and every view is recorded in a log. There is no absolute protection, but we do everything to keep the risk minimal.
8. How long we keep data
- An order that was not paid: payout details and e-mail are deleted soon after the order expires, and the order itself after 7 days.
- A completed or refunded order: payout details and e-mail are deleted 30 days after completion.
- A cash desk request: the contacts are deleted when the request is closed or has expired.
- Chat messages: deleted after 90 days.
- The address for offers: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe the address is erased.
- The minimal record of an order (amounts, rate, time, status, transaction hash) and the log of operator actions are kept as long as needed for accounting, resolving disputes and complying with the law.
- A review is kept while it is published or until you ask us to remove it.
These are the current terms; if we change them, we will update this page.
9. Your rights
You can find out which data we keep about your order, ask us to correct it or to delete it before the term. To do so, contact us and give the link to the order. We may refuse if the law obliges us to keep the data or if we cannot make sure that the request comes from the owner of the order. The scope of rights depends on the law of your country.
10. Children
The service is intended for people over 18. We knowingly do not process data of minors.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. A new version applies from the moment it is published; the date is shown at the top of the page.
