Version of October 10, 2026
We do not want the service to be used for money laundering, fraud or other unlawful activity. Here are the rules and measures we apply.
Contents
1. Principles
We do not accept or pay out funds if there are reasonable grounds to believe that they were obtained by criminal means or are connected with unlawful activity. We may refuse an exchange if security or the law requires it; we give the reasons when that is allowed.
2. How the service is built
- There are no accounts and we do not hold customers’ funds: money does not sit on a balance with us, and your keys are not stored with us.
- Each order is a separate exchange on locked terms.
- Each payout is checked and sent by an operator manually; there are no automatic payouts.
- Each direction has amount limits.
- A payment is linked to an order by the exact amount or tag. Anything that cannot be matched goes to manual review.
3. Which measures we apply
- Manual check of orders and payments by an operator before payout.
- Manual check of payments that did not match the order: amount, coin, network, tag, term.
- Access restriction by country: creating orders may be closed for certain countries.
- Protection of forms against automated and mass orders: the Cloudflare Turnstile check and a limit on the number of orders.
- Log of operator actions: changes to orders and views of payout details are recorded.
- Changing or closing directions and limits if the situation requires it.
4. Additional check
We may suspend an order for an additional check if, for example:
- a payment did not match the order;
- the amount or frequency of orders is unusual;
- the details or data are contradictory;
- there are signs of fraud, hacking or another unlawful origin of the funds;
- an authorized body asks for it.
During the check we may ask for explanations and confirmations, for example about the origin of the funds or the ownership of the details. The status and the explanation are shown on the order page and sent by e-mail.
After the check we may carry out the order, recalculate it, return the payment to the sender, refuse the payout or withhold the funds if the law requires it.
5. What we do not accept
- Funds obtained through fraud, theft, hacking, extortion, trade in prohibited goods and services or other unlawful activity.
- Funds of persons and organizations subject to applicable sanctions, and exchange that evades sanctions.
- Schemes that split payments and other actions that hide the source of funds or the real recipient.
- Use of someone else’s details without the owner’s knowledge.
6. Your obligations
You confirm the lawful origin of the funds and the correctness of the details, answer requests for explanations and do not try to bypass a check. If you do not answer a request or the data raises doubts, we may refuse the payout.
7. Records
We keep a minimal record of an order (direction, amounts, rate, time, status, transaction hash) and a log of operator actions as long as needed for accounting, resolving disputes and complying with the law. Payout details and e-mail are deleted earlier, within the terms of the Privacy Policy.
8. Cooperation with authorities
We may disclose information about an order to authorized bodies when the law or a lawful request requires it. If the law forbids us to notify you about it, we may not tell you.
9. Changes
The policy may be updated as the service and legal requirements develop. A new version applies from the moment it is published; the date is shown at the top of the page.
