Questions and answers

How does the exchange work?

You choose a direction and an amount, get a locked calculation and send crypto to the address shown. An operator checks the payment and pays the money to your bank account by hand. The service does not hold your keys and takes nothing without your transfer.

When will the money arrive?

On average a payout takes about 3 minutes after your transfer is confirmed on the network. That is an average, not a guarantee: confirmation speed depends on the blockchain, and an operator checks and sends the payout. The status updates on the order page, and you get an email when the payout is made.

Do you work around the clock?

Yes, the service works 24/7, including weekends and holidays. You can create and pay an order at any time.

What's included in the amount?

The service margin and a fixed payout fee, if there is one, are already in the calculation: you see the total before you order. The only thing you pay separately is the network fee for your own transfer, which goes to the blockchain, not to us.

Will the rate change while I'm paying?

No: while the order waits for payment, the amount you receive is locked. If the time runs out, create a new order at the current rate.

How long do I have to pay?

The timer on the order page shows the time left, and during all of it the amount you receive is locked. If you miss it, the order expires: don't send anything to its details any more, and create a new order at the current rate. A payment that arrives after the deadline is checked by an operator by hand.

How do I follow my order?

Every order has its own page at its link, showing the status, the timer and the payment details. The link is sent to your email: keep it, since there is no account. You get emails at the key steps: payment received, payout made.

I sent the transfer but the status hasn't changed

The transfer must first get its confirmations on the blockchain, which takes longer when the network is busy. The status will change on the order page. Don't send the money again and don't create a duplicate: if the payment arrived, an operator will find and check it.

What if I send the wrong amount or use the wrong network?

A payment the system cannot match to an order with certainty is checked by an operator by hand. There are no automatic refunds. So send exactly the amount, on the network, shown in the order.

What should I check before creating an order?

Three things: the coin and network, your payout details and your email. The payout is made to the details in the order, and the crypto must be sent on the stated network to the stated address.

Can I get cash?

Yes. In the "Cash" section pick a cash desk and request a meeting: an operator confirms it.

Do I need to register?

No. You don't need an account: an order needs only your payout details and an email address for the order link and status emails.

Do I need documents?

You need no documents and no account to create an order. In some cases an operator may run an additional check: the order page and an email will then explain it, and if anything needs clarifying, we'll get in touch.

Do you ask for keys, passwords or a seed phrase?

No. We don't ask for a seed phrase, private keys or wallet passwords, and the service doesn't hold your keys. An exchange needs only a transfer to the address in the order.

Where does the rate come from?

The rate comes from market sources and is updated every few seconds. If there is no fresh, reliable data, we do not show a number and say that the rate is unavailable.
